Leadership Styles of Nurse Managers and Employees’ Organizational Commitment during the COVID-19 Pandemic

<b><i>Objective:</i></b> The aim of this study was to determine the leadership styles nurse managers and then relationship respective with organizational commitment during COVID-19 pandemic. <b><i>Methods:</i></b> A quantitative correlational design employed in investigation. Simple random sampling yielded 259 nurses who participated study. It conducted between October November 2021 at government hospitals Hail Region, Kingdom Saudi Arabia. <b><i>Results:</i></b> nurses’ perceived that their an idealized influence style (9.15).
